Solar San Diego Installation Type Ground Mount
When done properly solar ground mount can be an attractive alternative to roof mount. In this case Rancho Jamul Estates home owners association does not allow for solar to be mounted on the roofs. This is one of many ground mount solar installations we have done in this location.
First thing that needs to be done when installing a solar ground mount array is the holes need to be dug. This can be the most difficult part of the process particularly in rocky conditions.
Extreme caution be be taken not to damage existing water, electric or gas lines when trenching.
Next step is to carefully align the posts.
After carefully aligning the uprights and filling the holes with cement it is time to mount the top rails and solar panels.
Once the top rails are connected the panels can be mounted
